Provide travel services for a leading entertainment client, including arranging domestic and international air, ground transportation, hotel, and any other travel services as requested. Utilize exceptional communication skills and teamwork to deliver best-in-class service, achieve high customer satisfaction, and develop strong collaborative relationships with clients and vendors. A love of music is a plus.

10am - 7pm PT / 8am - 5pm CST
Responsibilities
- Support a high-volume, fast-paced music client for Artist Travel.
- Create and change bookings for Artists Travel and employee travel in the music industry.
- Set up direct billing with hotels, cars, and car services specific to the unique needs and last-minute demands of Entertainment/Media clients with attention to detail.
- Communicate with customers verbally and in writing to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and required accommodations.
- Arrange all travel-related services, including but not limited to: air, rail, car, car service, hotel, seat assignments, and any other accommodations requested by the client.
- Understand international travel, including fares and pricing, available resources, and travel documentation requirements (35-49% of air bookings should be international).
- Be consultative with customers, adhering to the organization’s Tiered Travel Policy guidelines common with Entertainment/Media clients.
- Compute the cost of travel-related services using the GDS (Global Distribution System) or other booking tools.
- Assist customers with travel changes, special requests, and problem-solving as needed.
- Perform quality control on each reservation before queuing to the relevant ticketing/quality control queue.
- Quickly assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions; escalate to leadership for guidance when necessary.
- Review incoming correspondence and materials; prioritize, summarize, and respond in a timely manner.
- Maintain all reservations in a completed state regardless of whether authorization to ticket has been received.
- Monitor assigned queues and tasks throughout the workday to ensure reservations and tasks are accurate and complete; ensure all tasks within the team are completed or reassigned by end of shift.
- Work independently and with the leadership team to resolve customer service issues.
- Create and update passenger profiles to properly service each traveler.
- Collect payment from customers for travel services according to the Client’s Travel Policy and CTM Policy and Procedures.
- Read daily briefings and industry announcements to stay informed about industry developments.
- Participate in training opportunities to maintain and expand travel knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of GDS and other products used for the specific account (e.g., CTM Advisor, Online Booking Tool, Quality, Banx).
- Maintain productivity goals as set by leadership.
- Ensure strong intra-departmental communication, display positive team spirit, and provide exemplary customer service.
- Develop supportive relationships with clients and demonstrate superior customer service.
- Maintain good attendance record.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Domestic and potential global travel is a requirement for this position (accommodations may be considered under the Americans with Disabilities Act with a bona fide reason).
Leadership Responsibilities
- This role does not have direct reports but may perform supervisory responsibilities in mentoring new or less experienced Travel Advisors.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Post-Secondary Education in Travel and Tourism (preferred).
- For external applicants, at least 4 years of travel counselor experience (required).
- Entertainment Travel Experience (required).
- Sabre GDS experience (required).

- Experience handling clients in the Entertainment/Media industry.

Pay
Pay Range: USD $40,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 per year. Compensation is determined based on responsibilities, requirements, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, market data, and business needs.
