Travel Advisor

About the role

Fly My Group is hiring a Travel Advisor to support traveler requests, reservations, itinerary details, supplier follow-up, and accurate service delivery. The position supports group airfare, airline coordination, passenger records, group travel service, fare requests, and booking operations and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel advisor work connected with group airfare, airline coordination, passenger records, group travel service, fare requests, and booking operations.
• Review traveler names, dates, routing, booking details, confirmations, and service notes for accuracy.
• Handle routine reservation or itinerary updates and keep travelers informed of next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teammates, travel suppliers, or service partners when information or confirmation is needed.
• Maintain complete booking, itinerary, customer, and follow-up records in the company’s shared systems.
• Escalate complex fare, schedule, payment, or service issues with enough context for the next owner to act quickly.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort learning reservation, itinerary, CRM, spreadsheet, and email workflows.
• Careful attention to names, dates, prices, confirmations, and travel details.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage several open traveler requests without losing deadlines or documentation.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$55,000 - $64,000 per year
