We must not include sections with filler. All have content.
Check for duplication: Some items may repeat like "Ability to read and interpret information" appears both in Required of all CTM Positions and Knowledge, Skills, Abilities. That's okay; we keep as given.
We must remove EEO statement, legal notices, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Click here to view EEO and Other Legal Notices." Also remove "Flexible work arrangements are available..." maybe that's part of benefits? It's not a specific benefit; it's more about work arrangement. Could be considered part of Benefits? The instruction says include Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It does state "Flexible work arrangements are available. Depending on role, location, and business needs, colleagues may work onsite, hybrid (combination of in-office and virtual) or fully virtual." That's a benefit-like statement. Should we include? It's not in the bullet list but it's a statement. Could be included in Benefits as a bullet. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include as part of Benefits. But we already have Benefits list; we could add a bullet: "Flexible work arrangements (onsite, hybrid, or fully virtual) based on role, location, and business needs." However the original text: "Flexible work arrangements are available. Depending on role, location, and business needs, colleagues may work onsite, hybrid (combination of in-office and virtual) or fully virtual." We'll include that as a bullet.
Also there is "Click here to view EEO and Other Legal Notices." That's boilerplate, remove.
Also there is "We provide competitive and comprehensive benefits programs, tailored to each part of the globe our people work in." That's intro sentence; we can keep as a before the list? The instruction: Use

Similarly for Pay: there is a paragraph about compensation determination. We should keep that as prose before the pay range. So Compensation for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including the responsibilities and requirements of the role, relevant skills, experience and qualifications, internal equity, market data and business needs. For positions that are funded through a specific client engagement or other designated funding source, compensation may be reviewed if
