Travel Administrator, People Operations
The Opportunity
The People Operations Travel Coordinator provides administrative support to the People & Culture team by coordinating travel arrangements, interview logistics, onboarding schedules, and other administrative activities that create an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, new hires, and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Travel Coordination
- Cook up and book all candidate, new hire, and employee business travel, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation.
- Ensure travel arrangements align with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and respond to last-minute travel changes.
- Track travel expenses and assist with reconciliation and reporting.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews across multiple calendars, locations, and time zones.
- Cook up interview logistics, including conference rooms, virtual meeting links, travel arrangements, and interview schedules.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and flawless coordination.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records, calendars, and tracking spreadsheets.
- Aid with data entry, document preparation, and administrative projects for the People & Culture team.
- Cook up meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with department events as needed.
- Support other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience:
- A high school diploma required; an associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative, coordination, executive assistant, recruiting coordination, or travel coordination experience preferred.
