Responsibilities
- Maintain the Travel Accounts Specialist workflow by helping the team track unresolved exceptions through closure.
- Document process issues that repeatedly slow execution to improve workflow efficiency.
- Keep recurring work organized by owner and status to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Check incoming requests for completeness to prevent delays or errors.
- Route work to the correct next step to maintain smooth operations.
The role is working well when workflow control becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are surfaced before they affect customers, partners, or teammates.
