Description
HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Trauma Surgeon to join their growing team at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center in Richmond, Virginia.
About the role
Qualified Candidates: Must be Board Certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care, hold current ATLS certification, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work 8-10 shifts per month.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures in a Level II Trauma Center setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in trauma and critical care rounds
- Contribute to research and education initiatives related to trauma surgery
Requirements
- Board Certification in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
- Current ATLS certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work 8-10 shifts per month
