This role is for a Trauma Surgery Physician providing locum tenens support in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform trauma surgeries
- Conduct inpatient rounding
- Manage surgical admissions
- Handle trauma cases in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Board certification in Trauma Surgery
- Licensing in Mississippi or via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Schedule
- Weekend call shifts: Friday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM
- 72-hour call periods
