About the role
This position involves providing trauma and general surgery services in a level III trauma setting, with a focus on trauma surgery experience and general surgical skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform trauma and general surgery procedures, with some trauma experience required.
- Participate in 24-hour out-of-house call, averaging 4-6 call days per month.
- Maintain hospital privileges and hold board certification.
- Possibly utilize robotic training (preferred).
- Adhere to ATLS and ACLS certification requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in trauma surgery within a level III trauma setting.
- Board-certified in surgery.
- Certified in ATLS and ACLS.
- Hospital privileges required.
