About the Role

Provide high-acuity surgical care at partner hospitals nationwide. Lead multidisciplinary trauma resuscitations and perform emergent, complex operative interventions. Manage critically injured patients from admission through recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity surgical care at partner hospitals nationwide.
• Lead multidisciplinary trauma resuscitations and perform emergent, complex operative interventions.
• Manage critically injured patients from admission through recovery.
• Collaborate with ED, ICU, and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support trauma quality initiatives and contribute to staff and learner training.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board-certified in trauma surgery or general surgery with trauma experience.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform complex surgical procedures and manage critically ill patients.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
