Trauma RN Process Improvement Coordinator

Job Summary

As an RN Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator, you will lead the Trauma Program's work to keep care safe and high-quality from the time a patient arrives until they leave the hospital. You will work with the Trauma Medical Director and Trauma Program Director to review cases, analyze system performance, and use data to make changes that improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina or hold a compact nursing license
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Previous experience in Trauma and/or ER preferred
