Trauma RN

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for orthopedic trauma patients, including post-surgical and complex fracture cases.
• Provide medication administration, wound and traction care, neurovascular checks, and pain management.
• Deliver patient and family education.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support evidence-based practices and quality and safety initiatives.
• Precept new staff.
