Responsibilities

• Coordinate trauma care for women, ensuring timely assessment, intervention, and continuity across the care continuum.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support trauma protocols and best practices.
• Educate patients and staff on trauma care procedures and protocols.
• Monitor patient outcomes and promote evidence-based practices to improve care quality.
