Role: RN Coordinator – Trauma Women’s Responsibilities Coordinate trauma care for women, ensuring timely assessment, intervention, and continuity across the care continuum.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support trauma protocols and best practices.Educate patients and staff on trauma care procedures and protocols.Monitor patient outcomes and promote evidence-based practices to improve care quality.
