Trauma RN

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for those with complex musculoskeletal injuries.
• Coordinate with surgeons, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide pre- and post-operative education to patients and families.
• Administer medications, manage wounds and fractures, and monitor telemetry.
• Manage pain and facilitate discharge planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in orthopedic trauma care preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
