About the role
The Trauma Program Manager will lead and manage the comprehensive Trauma Services program at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing upon hire
- 1-3 years experience in related field
- 1-3 years supervisory experience
- Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 60 days
Preferred
- Masters degree in nursing upon hire
- 4-6 years prior work experience at a level I or II verified trauma center
- Trauma Nurse Core Course Instructor, within 12 months
Qualifications
- Extensive clinical trauma experience and leadership within a designated trauma center
- Deep understanding of trauma systems, ACS verification, and quality improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills to coordinate complex programs and influence clinical teams
