Trauma Clinical Nurse

About the role

Full-time night position in a high-acuity Trauma Unit within a top-ranked Level I Trauma Center. Provides direct patient care to a diverse population with traumatic injuries including motor vehicle accidents, gunshot wounds, amputations, falls, brain or spinal injuries, and acute surgical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Implement care plans and provide direct patient care
• Educate patients and families
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented environment that values mentorship

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Less than two years of experience
