About the Role

Under the direction of the Director and Manager of Radiology, this position is responsible for patient transportation to and from all departments throughout the hospital. This role maintains the safety and cleanliness of all patient equipment and assists with other related duties.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from various departments within the hospital.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of patient equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
• CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms (preferred).
• Previous hospital experience (preferred).
