Responsibilities
- Transport patients via wheelchair, stretcher, bed, wagon, or by walking assistance
- Ensure patient safety during transport
- Respond promptly to transport requests through EPIC and telephone communications
- Document transport activities
- Assist with patient arrivals in EPIC
- Clean transport equipment after use
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to assist patients entering and exiting wheelchairs
- Ability to safely push or maneuver equipment
- Commitment to excellent patient service and efficient response times
- Ability to push up to 500 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
Schedule
11:30am-8:00pm, Every other weekend
