Full Time Vehicle Transporter

About the role

We are looking for SAFE drivers to join our team driving brand new Ford vehicles from the plant in Chicago, IL to rail‑yards. Work starts right away; full‑time schedule is five days a week with occasional weekends, based on production and vehicle volume. Shifts begin at 6 AM in Markham, IL and have no designated end time, typically lasting between 10 and 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Locating and inspecting vehicles
• Documenting damages to vehicles
• Driving vehicles safely to rail yards

Requirements

• Clean motor vehicle history
• Minimum age of 21
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable and safe driver with a positive attitude and good work ethic
• Ability to work and drive in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check
• No DUI or OWI convictions
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 10 years
• Clean and valid driver’s license for the last 3 years
• Less than 3 points on MVR, no accidents, and no suspensions in the last 3 years
