Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and ambitious Patient Transporter to provide clinical support to patients of all populations. Our team is amazing, we consider ourselves a family who work hard to support each other and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Previous hospital experience is preferred

About the Role
As a Patient Transporter with Reston Hospital Center, you will transport patients to and from the Radiology Department. You will become familiar with and be able to adequately inform and explain to patients all procedures, preparations and examinations. You will maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of all stretchers, wheelchairs and transport devices. You will clean processor, visually inspect for problems and run quality control strip. You will perform processor start-up and shut-down procedures.
