Responsibilities
- Schedule drivers and staff to maximize workforce effectiveness and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor performance by tracking driver departure times and reporting relevant information to management.
- Share on-call responsibilities within the Transportation Department to address urgent issues.
- Work closely with drivers to coordinate delivery schedules and notify customers of delays or accidents.
- Provide backup support to the Transportation Manager, including log data entry and quality checks.
- Serve as a central point of communication for schedule changes and new account services across departments.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Department of Transportation regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate complex schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
