About the role

3rd shift: Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 pm–4:00 am (4-day work week, 3 consecutive days off). Exempt compensation based on experience with potential annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure annual performance goals are met, including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost, and product loss and damage.
• Maintain a safe working environment by executing company processes successfully.
• Assist in developing the daily operating plan, including equipment maintenance and driver work schedules to meet or exceed customer delivery needs.
• Promptly solve problems to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide development to supervisory and driver staff.
• Potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety.
• Partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels year-round to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of supervisory experience, or
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.

Pay

USD $72,000.00–$74,000.00 annually.

Schedule

Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 pm–4:00 am (4-day work week, 3 consecutive days off).
