About the role

We’re recruiting for a strong, safety‑focused Transportation Supervisor to lead our 2nd‑shift operations. If you enjoy working with drivers, managing routing and schedules, and ensuring DOT compliance, this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities

• Ensure DOT compliance (top priority)
• Promote driver safety and safe driving practices
• Oversee driver scheduling and routing
• Support and drive continuous improvement for driver performance
• Work closely with dispatch to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
• Experience with driver safety programs
• Background in routing and scheduling
• Ability to lead, coach, and improve driver performance
• Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ELD systems (Electronic Logging Devices / asset tracking programs)
• Ability and willingness to work 2nd shift for the foreseeable future
• Having a CDL is a plus but not required

Pay

Salary $80,000 – $85,000 + Bonus
