Transportation Specialist
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Pay: $21.50-$23.00. Also mentions benefits: "Comprehensive Benefits: Potential for medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off based on role type." Also mentions "Potential for OT, shift differential, and bonuses. Earn up to a $1,200 Peak Season Bonus on top of your hourly pay". So we have Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule? Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule heading. Also "About the Role" section includes description: "Your Impact As a Transportation Specialist...". Also "Why Join Our Team? (Your Perks & Growth)" includes perks and growth; we could treat that as Benefits? But we already have Benefits. Could also have a "Growth Opportunities" but not required heading. We could include under Benefits or maybe a separate "Growth Opportunities" but not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc. We can put growth info under Benefits or maybe under About the role? Better to put under Benefits as part of perks. But we need to follow instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings. We need to map content:
- About the role: includes "Your Impact As a Transportation Specialist..." and maybe also "Why Join Our Team? (Your Perks & Growth)"? Actually "Why Join Our Team?" is about perks and growth, could be part of Benefits. But we could also include under About the role a brief summary. However we must not duplicate. Let's parse:

Then there is Assistance For Individuals With Disabilities (EEO boilerplate) and About Wayfair etc. Those are boilerplate to remove.
We need to map to headings:
- About the role: Use the "About the Role: Your Impact ..." paragraph. Could also include the "Why Join Our Team?"? But that is more about perks and growth; could go under Benefits. However Benefits heading expects list of benefits. We have benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k match, paid time off, safety culture, growth opportunities, peak season bonus, OT, shift differential. Could combine.
- Responsibilities: Use "What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)" with bullet list.
- Requirements: Could be "What You’ll Need (Minimum Requirements)" but that includes Experience, Skills, Technical Acumen, Physical Capability, Education/Experience (Preferred). Could split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. The instruction allows headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide how to split content without inventing filler. We have:
Experience: 2+ years... A BA/BS is preferred.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication...
Technical Acumen: Comfort with Microsoft Office...
Physical Capability: ability to stand...
Education/Experience (Preferred): High School diploma or GED is preferable. Previous warehouse experience is preferable.
We could map:
- Requirements: Experience (2+ years) and Education/Experience (Preferred) maybe.
- Qualifications: Could be BA/BS preferred? But that's similar.
- Skills: communication, multitask, organized, detail-oriented.
- Technical Acumen could be part of Skills or Qualifications. But we have a separate heading for Skills; we could put technical acumen under Skills as well.
We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content.
We could use:
