Transportation Scheduler/Driver

About the role

CareCore at Willowood is looking for a dependable and organized Transportation Scheduler / Driver to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a CNA/STNA, DSP, caregiver, or someone with healthcare experience who enjoys working with residents and is looking for a role that combines driving, scheduling, and resident support.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate resident transportation for medical appointments and other needs
• Safely transport residents to and from appointments
• Communicate with nursing staff, residents, families, and outside providers regarding transportation
• Maintain an organized transportation schedule and adjust as needed
• Assist residents with safely entering and exiting the vehicle
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and ready for use
• Provide friendly, professional support to residents throughout transportation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old to drive a company vehicle
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• CNA/STNA, DSP, caregiver, or similar experience is a plus
• Comfortable working with elderly and long-term care residents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Dependable, patient, and able to manage a changing schedule
