You will drive engagement through innovative transportation solutions and data-backed strategies, serving as a key advocate for sustainable transportation. From optimizing our commuter shuttle program to delivering world-class customer service, you will ensure that every journey to our workplace is comfortable, efficient, and aligned with our sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to parking management, commuter shuttle, and other transportation programs.
  • Coordinate and deliver transportation for on-site and/or other events and specialized outreach to client employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new transportation programs.
  • Setup materials in support of our transportation programs.
  • Provide timely and friendly customer service to commuters and employees seeking information about commute options.
  • Manage and respond to emails in the team inbox.
  • Prepare communications for program launches and changes.
  • Coordinate distribution of materials to employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Data Analytics, Sustainability, or a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years experience in transportation planning and/or operations that involves data analytics.
  • Basic analytical skills and ability to solve problems in standard situations.
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).
  • Familiarity with messaging platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines, and demonstrate a proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.
  • Work on-site a minimum of three days a week.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced organizations with a distributed or hybrid workforce.
  • Familiarity with Transportation Demand Management (TDM) strategies, EV infrastructure, and emissions reduction reporting.
  • Understanding of safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance in employment-related transportation programs in the United States.
