Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate state and federal policies and legislative proposals supporting MDOT's strategic objectives.
- Provide technical support for GIS and transportation planning initiatives, including data collection and processing.
- Develop and analyze data for initiatives and activities within the Intermodal Services Unit (ISU).
- Create written materials and PowerPoint presentations for various projects and activities.
- Support database and customer service needs for ISU initiatives.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets for project analysis and management.

Qualifications
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in any major with at least 30 semester (45 term) credits in fields such as planning, environmental studies, geography, or related areas. Skills
Knowledge of GIS and transportation planning tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills are essential.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $67,490 to $101,235 per year, based on education and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
