We are immediately hiring for a mid-shift Transportation Operations Coordinator in Aurora, CO for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

About the role

The Transportation Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of daily transportation activities by monitoring routes, assigning loads and routes to drivers, and tracking delivery performance. This role manages freight claims and billing processes, conducts truck check-ins to verify arrival and departure status, and serves as a key point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations teams to support on-time service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor routes, assign loads and routes to drivers, and track delivery performance
  • Manage freight claims and billing processes
  • Conduct truck check-ins to verify arrival and departure status
  • Serve as a key point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations teams
  • Perform clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information
  • Maintain records or logs and verify completion and accuracy of information
  • Set up and maintain files and records
  • Provide administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing, and answering phones
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience required

Pay

Hourly pay: $23.00 (weekly pay type)

Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs.
