About the role
We are immediately hiring for a mid-shift Transportation Operations Coordinator in Aurora, CO for our Supply Chain Solutions division.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient execution of daily transportation activities by monitoring routes, assigning loads and routes to drivers, and tracking delivery performance
- Manage freight claims and billing processes
- Conduct truck check-ins to verify arrival and departure status
- Serve as a key point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations teams to support on-time service and operational excellence
- Provide administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience required

Pay & Schedule
- Pay Type: Weekly
- Hourly Pay: $23.00
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs
