We are hiring for a mid-shift Transportation Operations Coordinator (Operations Coordinator II) in Aurora, CO for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

About the role

The Transportation Operations Coordinator ensures the efficient execution of daily transportation activities by monitoring routes, assigning loads and routes to drivers, and tracking delivery performance. This role manages freight claims and billing processes, conducts truck check-ins to verify arrival and departure status, and serves as a key point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations teams to support on-time service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor routes and assign loads/routes to drivers
  • Track delivery performance and manage freight claims and billing processes
  • Conduct truck check-ins to verify arrival and departure status
  • Serve as a key point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations teams
  • Perform clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information
  • Maintain records, logs, files, and verify completion and accuracy of information
  • Provide administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing, and answering phones
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) or more years of administrative and clerical support experience required

Pay

Hourly pay: $23.00 (weekly pay type)

Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility to work additional hours or days as needed to support business needs.
