Manage Central Transportation (CT) operations to ensure efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and budget adherence.
Responsibilities
- Implement and organize CT services following standardized procedures.
- Continuously improve work efficiency and quality based on performance data.
- Manage routines, safety training, and develop staff through training programs.
- Maintain effective internal communication and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.
- Establish strong client relationships, meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Monitor financials, control expenses, and manage staffing and performance.
Requirements
- College degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience and 5 years in property management, hotel, or office environments.
- Professional knowledge in Central Transportation.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
