Transportation / Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Transportation & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipping operations, fleet scheduling, routing, and transportation activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Concord, NH area

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Schedule and optimize transportation routes
• Work with carriers and freight providers to ensure on-time deliveries
• Collaborate with production teams to align shipping schedules
• Monitor fleet utilization and preventative maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and transportation regulations
• Maintain transportation records, logs, and required documentation
• Handle customer service issues and resolve transportation-related concerns
• Investigate and report accidents and operational issues as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, fleet operations, or shipping coordination required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Knowledge of transportation safety and regulatory requirements preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and dependable work ethic

Pay & Schedule

Salary range: $52,000-$62,000
Shift: Monday-Friday | 7am-3:30/8am-4:30pm
