Transportation Engineer – Roadway

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative civil engineer with experience or interested in roadway and transportation engineering to work on challenging projects in urban and rural roadways, multimodal paths, and larger highways/interchanges.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic project design through CAD drafting
• Perform research and write technical reports
• Travel to job sites for observation, as needed

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well with a team
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Engineer Intern (EI) certificate
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation, a plus
