About the role

The primary responsibility of this position is to design and implement transportation projects within the District 9 area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with a focus on transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and specifications
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct site visits and gather data to inform project designs
• Prepare and present project reports and presentations to clients and internal teams
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in transportation engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in transportation engineering
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
