Transportation Driver

Brief Description Transportation Driver – Care Resources Full Time Schedule: 4 days per week (no holidays or weekends) Shift: Days | 10 hour shifts | 8:30am - 6:00pm Care Resources is seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Transportation Driver to join our team and support our Grand Rapids location and occasionally our Lowell location! In this role, you’ll provide reliable and courteous transportation for our participants using Care Resources vehicles, following assigned routes and appointment schedules. Occasional delivery services may also be required. Job Responsibilities Safely transport participants to and from the center, appointments, and outingsAssist participants with boarding, exiting, and mobility devicesFollow all safety protocols and transportation regulationsPerform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance needsKeep vehicles clean and fueled per scheduleDeliver items such as meals, medications, and suppliesSupport participants during center activities and mealsDocument routes, incidents, and participant updates accuratelyCommunicate changes in participant condition to appropriate staffAttend required trainings and team meetingsMaintain participant confidentiality and uphold Care Resources’ values What You’ll Need Minimum age: 18 yearsValid Chauffeur’s LicenseClean driving record with proven safety historyValid auto insuranceAt least 1 year of professional driving experienceAbility to pass a background check and physical exam Compensation Wage based on experienceAnnual wage increases Why Join Care Resources?
