Transportation Driver

Schedule

Wednesday–Sunday. Hours vary from 6:00 AM–4:00 PM on weekdays; on-call Saturday & Sunday from 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned bus route transporting ENMRSH clients to and from day programs.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills to interact effectively and professionally with a wide range of people.
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Adapt to changing work conditions.
• Read, write, and speak English well.
• Follow driver routes and safely transport clients.
• Coordinate several tasks at once and handle various situations, including crisis situations, in a calm and professional manner.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a REAL ID-compliant valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Possess a working telephone.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Possess an excellent driving record.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to balance, climb, bend, stoop, reach, and kneel.
• Use of arms, hands, and fingers.
• Physically lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Walk, stand, and/or sit for at least eight hours per day.
