Transportation Driver

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transporting patients and clients utilizing the company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Assist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transfer
• Effective communication with facility regarding schedule progress and to receive additional instructions
• Understand how to operate GPS, Two-Way Radio and/or Cell Phone to navigate effectively
• Complete daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Maintain accurate activity and vehicle report logs

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Active Illinois Driver’s License required
• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
