ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transporting patients and clients utilizing the company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
- Assist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transfer
- Effective communication with facility regarding schedule progress and to receive additional instructions
- Understand how to operate GPS, Two-Way Radio and/or Cell Phone to navigate effectively
- Complete daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Maintain accurate activity and vehicle report logs
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Active Illinois Driver’s License required
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
