About the role
The Transportation Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation schedules for students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage transportation schedules for students and staff
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient service
- Handle inquiries from parents and staff regarding transportation issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in dispatching or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good problem-solving skills

Pay
Starting salary is $16.94 per hour
Schedule
Hours are 9:30am - 5:30pm, 260 days per year
