About the Role
Plans and coordinates administrative and operational activities of a defined program or set of funded activities focused on the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant. This role provides specialized support in the development, implementation, and marketing of program functions, serving as a central point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist with research, fiscal, budgetary, and associated transactions related to the SS4A grant.
- Coordinate program implementation and administration, including internal and external operational/administrative liaison.
- Serve as a central point of contact for day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters among students, faculty, staff, and external constituencies.
- Assist with seminars, meetings, special projects, and general problem resolution.
- Coordinate activities of support staff, consultants, faculty, and/or volunteers engaged in program objectives.
- Monitor and administer program/project revenues and expenses; develop or participate in funding proposals.
- Write, edit, and coordinate development of SS4A documents, promotional materials, educational materials, and newsletters.
- Maintain program/project records, gather and compute data, and prepare reports or summaries.
- Conduct continuous operational monitoring of transportation concerns, including bottlenecks, blind spots, speeding, pedestrian safety, and near misses.
- Lead trainings and collaborations with campus groups such as ASB, orientation, first-year classes, Public Relations, GameDay Ops, UPD, Facilities Management, and academia.
- Advocate for accessibility and sustainability within transportation initiatives on campus.
- Research, lead, and apply for transportation-related grant opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Three years of relevant experience (required).
Pay
$27.29 - $40.93 per hour.
