About the role
This position is responsible for managing multiple contractors that develop and deliver educational, marketing, and promotional materials to support awareness and use of TRAC programs, products, and services. The position also oversees contractor-operated program delivery functions to ensure effective operations, quality service, and alignment with program goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage contractors to develop and deliver educational, marketing, and promotional materials for TRAC programs, products, and services.
- Oversight of contractor-operated program delivery functions to ensure effective operations, quality service, and alignment with program goals.
- Partner with Communications, Transit Bureau, and senior department leadership to advance program objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a public sector setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sustainable transportation options.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a public sector setting.
- Experience working with contractors and overseeing program delivery functions.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The position is full-time and works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
