TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR - CNA/EMT - THE FOLEY CENTER AT CHESTNUT RIDGE

Job Description

Captures all aspects of transporting residents including proper maintenance of vehicles, representing the facility professionally, making appointments, maintaining logs, ensuring routine maintenance, establishing a maintenance schedule, assisting with community and healthcare facility coordination, taking specimens, and making purchases.

Job Requirements

• Valid NC Driver’s License with an appropriate driving record
• 21 years of age or older
• Good moral character
• Currently registered with DFS as a Nursing Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician in North Carolina
• Maintain a current CPR certification via the American Heart Association
• Ability to plan, organize, and follow-up on work assignments
• Ability to make independent decisions and work well under pressure
• Ability to be flexible in performing different tasks
• Transportation experience preferred
