TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR (CNA/EMT) - SOUTHPORT HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER

Job Description

Captures all aspects of transporting residents including proper maintenance of vehicles, representing the facility professionally, making appointments, maintaining logs, ensuring routine maintenance, establishing a maintenance schedule, assisting with specimen and item deliveries, and managing purchases.

Job Requirements

• Valid NC Driver’s License with an appropriate driving record
• 21 years of age or older
• Good moral character
• Registered with DFS as a Nursing Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician in North Carolina
• Maintain a current CPR certification via the American Heart Association
• Ability to plan, organize, and follow-up on work assignments
• Work independently and under pressure
• Flexible in performing different tasks
• Transportation experience preferred
