TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR (CNA/EMT) - LOUISBURG HEALTH & REHAB CENTER

Job Description

Captures all aspects of transporting residents including proper maintenance of vehicles, representing the facility professionally, making appointments, maintaining logs, ensuring routine maintenance, establishing a maintenance schedule, assisting with community and healthcare coordination, taking specimens, and making purchases.

Job Requirements

• Valid NC Driver’s License with an appropriate driving record
• 21 years of age or older
• Good moral character
• Currently registered with DFS as a Nursing Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician in North Carolina
• Maintain a current CPR certification via the American Heart Association
• Ability to plan, organize, and follow-up on work assignments
• Ability to make independent decisions and work well under pressure
• Ability to be flexible in performing different tasks
• Transportation experience preferred
