Transportation Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized transportation coordinator to manage the shipment of items from various remote locations. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver customer satisfaction by overseeing operations while couriers are in the field. This includes reviewing customers' requests for courier pickup for accuracy, assigning orders to couriers, and suggesting strategic improvements for future planning.
