About the role
We are seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This is a remote position. The selected candidate will coordinate deliveries, maintain transportation records, communicate with drivers and clients, and ensure shipments are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and delivery activities.
- Schedule deliveries and monitor shipment status.
- Maintain transportation records and documentation.
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, clients, and internal departments via remote tools and platforms.
- Resolve transportation-related issues and support operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, or administration preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
