The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the daily administrative functions in the Transportation department. They ensure that drivers are aware of any changes that may or will occur and provide route change information to customers as needed. Primary Location: United States-Colorado-Commerce City; Work Locations: DC Denver; Business Unit: FS121; Employee Status: Regular.

Responsibilities

Prepare delivery paperwork for drivers.
Pull and put away keys.
Confirm driver on routes.
Perform DOT file maintenance.
Process payroll.
Check in driver and verify paperwork.
Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar function preferred.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft products.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Pay

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.65/hour based on experience.

Schedule

Shift: 3rd - Overnight; Schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM - Four ten-hour shifts; Workdays: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
