Responsible for leading software development projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success. Requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects from conception to deployment
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software engineering
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
- Understanding of software testing and quality assurance
