Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute the strategic vision in partnership with Artheon leadership and the NY/NJ executive team.
  • Expand market share through organic growth, service diversification, and innovation.
  • Strengthen relationships with DOTs, transit agencies, municipalities, ports, airports, and other public-sector transportation clients.
  • Pursue major transportation programs, strategic contracts, joint ventures, design-build, CMGC, and P3 opportunities.
  • Leverage the broader Trilon network to identify cross-selling opportunities and expand client relationships.
  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate strategic acquisitions that enhance capabilities and accelerate long-term growth.

    • Full P&L ownership with accountability for revenue, backlog, profitability, and EBITDA.

    • Ensuring exceptional project delivery and outstanding client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, growth-oriented organizations with meaningful P&L responsibility.
  • Proven ability to grow businesses through strategic client development, operational excellence, and organizational leadership.
  • Experience leading both organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions, including post-merger integration.
  • Strong understanding of the New York and New Jersey transportation markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Business, Transportation, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
