  • Drive a customer-first mindset by ensuring billing reflects agreed pricing, service levels, and contractual requirements
  • Develop a working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), billing tools, and internal technologies that support 4PL operations
  • Coincide with transportation partners and internal teams to obtain required documentation supporting end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment billing
  • Continuously evaluate and improve billing workflows to reduce cycle time—from warehouse execution to client invoicing—to enhance process efficiency

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, billing, audit, accounts receivable/payable, or logistics coordination
  • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Transportation/Logistics (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working in warehouse or fulfillment environments, with exposure to WMS platforms (e.g., Logiwa or similar)
