The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it properly. First, I need to identify the sections: - About the role / About Us (company description) - Responsibilities (multiple sections: "In this role, you will...", "Who are you?", "Who will you set to win, and how will you do that?", "What's going to be your legacy?") - Requirements / Experience - Qualifications - Benefits / What we Offer - Location is mentioned: Greenville, MI I need to use

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. No job title heading (already shown on page). No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions. Let me parse the content: 1. Company intro: "At Tenneco, we don't follow industry standards..." - this is company description, could be "About Us" or "About the Role" but the posting has "About Us:" heading. I'll use "About Us" as h3. 2. "In this role, you will own plant transportation planning..." - this is responsibilities overview. 3. "Who are you?" with bullet points: Transportation Planning Expert, Routing and Carrier Compliance Owner, Execution and Visibility Leader, Premium Freight Controller, Cost and Performance Operator. These are responsibilities/duties. 4. "Who will you set to win, and how will you do that?" with bullet points: Supply and Demand Planning, Regional Logistics and Procurement, Warehouse and Production, Finance and Accounts Payable, Customers, Suppliers, and Carriers. These are collaboration responsibilities. 5. "What's going to be your legacy?" with bullet points: Planned Transportation, Not Reaction; Reliable Shipment Execution; Controlled Freight Cost; Accountable Carrier Performance; P3 Logistics Maturity. These are outcomes/goals. 6. "Experience:" with bullet points: Transportation Planning, Transportation Execution, TMS and Routing Compliance, Freight Cost Control, Plant and Regional Collaboration. These are experience requirements. 7. "Qualifications:" with bullet points: Bachelor's degree, Operations or Logistics Supervisory experience, Working knowledge of TMS, ERP, Excel, etc., APICS/CILT/Lean/Six Sigma preferred, Strong urgency..., Fluent in English... 8. "What we Offer:" with bullet points: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package..., Work and learn..., Hands-on exposure..., Culture committed... 9. Location: Greenville, MI mentioned in title and at end. 10. Final line: "Equal opportunity employer..." - this is boilerplate, remove. I need to combine related sections. The posting has multiple responsibility-like sections. I'll create: - About Us (company description) - Responsibilities (combining "In this role", "Who are you", "Who will you set to win", "What's going to be your legacy") - Requirements (Experience) - Qualifications - Benefits (What we Offer) But note: "Who are you?" and "Who will you set to win" are phrased as responsibilities. "What's going to be your legacy?" is outcomes. I'll include them under Responsibilities as sub-lists or separate lists. The rules: use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So each bullet point becomes a list item. I'll structure:

      About Us

      Company description...

      Responsibilities

In this role, you will own plant transportation planning and execution in accordance with approved lanes, routing guides, modes, carriers, rates, and system workflows. You will balance cost, service, capacity, inventory, and risk while maintaining shipment visibility and disciplined exception management. Through P3 Integrated Supply Chain, you will move the plant from reactive freight decisions to planned, system-based, and measurable logistics execution.

      Core Responsibilities

? But rule says only h3 for section headings. No h4. So maybe just use h3 for main sections, and within responsibilities, use lists. Better: Under Responsibilities, have multiple lists with introductory paragraphs. But the rule: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So only h3 for top-level sections. No subheadings. Thus I'll have: - About Us - Responsibilities - Requirements - Qualifications - Benefits Within Responsibilities, I'll include all the bullet points from "Who are you?", "Who will you set to win?", "What's going to be your legacy?" as separate lists, each preceded by a paragraph describing the category. But the rule: "Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So I can have multiple

under Responsibilities. Similarly for Requirements (Experience) and Qualifications. Now, location: "Location: Greenville, MI" - this is metadata. The rule: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So I can include location in a paragraph, maybe at top or bottom. Since the page already shows title, maybe include location in a paragraph under About Us or separate. I'll add a paragraph at the beginning: "Location: Greenville, MI". Also, the posting ends with "Ready to build the P3 Integrated Supply Chain at Greenville, MI ?" and EEO statement. Remove EEO. Now, ensure no filler. All content is substantive. Let me write the HTML. First, About Us section: includes the company mission paragraph. Then Responsibilities: includes the "In this role..." paragraph, then lists for "Who are you?", "Who will you set to win?", "What's going to be your legacy?". But "Who are you?" is phrased as roles. I'll treat each as a list item with the title and description. Similarly for others. I'll write:

          • Finance and Accounts Payable: Support freight-cost visibility, approvals, accruals, invoice accuracy, and controlled premium-freight spending.
          • Customers, Suppliers, and Carriers: Create clear expectations, timely communication, and accountable issue resolution.

          Key outcomes and legacy goals:

          • Planned Transportation, Not Reaction: Standard lane, route, mode, frequency, capacity, and consolidation decisions made before execution.

          • Accountable Carrier Performance: Visible service trends, structured escalation, and corrective actions connected to plant impact.
          • P3 Logistics Maturity: A documented RASCI, trained backups, review cadence, KPI evidence, and controlled deviations.

          • Transportation Planning: Experience with lane design, mode selection, routing, consolidation, frequency, capacity, and load utilization.
          • Transportation Execution: Experience with tendering, dispatch, shipment visibility, exceptions, claims, and carrier escalation.
