About the role
The Transportation and Fleet Support Coordinator at Sufco is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Plan and execute vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Develop and implement fuel management strategies to optimize costs.
- Ensure adherence to all environmental regulations related to fleet operations.
- Work closely with drivers to provide training and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics.
- Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with fleet management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay
$Competitive salary based on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
